Fuel transfer HDPE EVOH double layer pipe is specially manufactured for underground fuel transmission systems at filling stations. Produced via multi-layer co-extrusion technology, it adopts pipe-in-pipe double containment design. The inner conveying pipe integrates an EVOH high barrier layer to block hydrocarbon permeation and reduce fuel vapor escape, avoiding fuel loss and contamination of soil and groundwater. The annular gap between inner and outer HDPE pipe can be connected with leak monitoring devices for continuous interstitial inspection. If the inner pipe is damaged, the outer HDPE layer can contain leaked fuel to prevent medium diffusion and deliver secondary safety protection.

Made of high-density polyethylene, this composite pipe features outstanding chemical compatibility with gasoline, diesel, biodiesel and ethanol-blended fuels. It eliminates electrochemical corrosion problems of buried steel pipelines and maintains stable performance in long-term underground service. Optional conductive modification can dissipate static electricity generated by flowing fuel, lowering ignition risks in hazardous fueling areas.

The pipeline system applies electrofusion welding matched with PE fittings. Molecular fusion forms permanent sealed joints and minimizes potential leakage points. It is available in continuous coil and straight pipe forms. Coiled pipe greatly reduces on-site welding joints, accelerates laying progress and cuts construction investment. With qualified backfill treatment, complicated concrete trenches are not required.

The pipe retains stable mechanical strength under soil pressure and vehicle load. Its burst pressure is much higher than normal working pressure. A full range of supporting fittings including elbows, tees, reducers and end caps are available to construct complete underground fuel piping networks, suitable for fill lines, suction lines and VRU vapor recovery pipelines.
